I hold mini sessions 3 times a year for babies between 4-10 months; my favourite baby stage to capture!
Mini sessions are a fab way to get some gorgeous updated photos of your baby at a time when they are usually engaged, content and playful. Sessions are 30 minutes long and you can choose 2 colours from my available selection. I will provide backdrops, outfits, head bands as well as a lot of tricks to entertain and engage your baby to get great results.
These sessions are for your baby only (no family photos).
Sessions are 30 minutes and you will receive 5 digital images for one baby, you will get images in colour and black and white via a digital download link.
Prints will also be available to order after your session.

Session Fee
The cost of you session is £145 including 5 digital images. To secure your booking you will be required to pay the full session fee. Your session will not be confirmed until the payment is made.
Age restriction
These sessions are for one baby who is between 4-10 months old
Cancellation
Your session fee is non-refundable. If Elizabeth May Photography is able to fill the slot then at their discretion a refund will be issued. Alternatively you are able to find someone to take your slot as long as they adhere to the T&C’s of the session. Sessions are unable to be scheduled to a later date.
Lateness
Your session will start and end at the time allotted to you, if you are late the time will come out of your session time and if 5 photographs are not achieved in this time the photographer is not liable.
Image selection
Your 5 images will be selected by Elizabeth May Photography whose decision is final. If you would like to select your images from a gallery, please book a full session where you will recevie a gallery of 20+ images to choose from. If there is anything during the session you don’t like i.e. expressions of your child you must tell the photographer during the session.
Maximum numbers
A maximum number of 2 adults and 2 children will be allowed at the session and only one baby will be photographed.
Electronic Devices
Cameras, phone cameras, and video are not permitted during any session
Raw images
Elizabeth May Photography does not deliver images that have not been edited to the highest professional standard and to the style of her portfolio.

Liability
Elizabeth May Photography has comprehensive public liability insurance, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury within the studio, EM Photography will only accept responsibility if this is due to their negligence. If clients cause damage to any photography equipment in the studio due to negligence, you will be liable to pay for replacement or repair.
Clients are fully responsible for themselves and their children during the session.
If Elizabeth May Photography cannot fulfil this contract due to fire or other causality, or beyond the control of the photographer, or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.
Loss of images
In the highly unlikely event images are lost before being delivered to clients, this could be caused for example by a corrupt memory card or an extreme circumstance like a fire, Elizabeth May Photography will offer a re shoot of the session as soon as possible. EM Photography will ensure they format memory cards, keep virus software up to date and reduce the risk of this happening.
If after the session you lose your images, replacement images are not guaranteed. If EM Photography still has the files, there will be a cost of £25 for EM Photography to resend, this is payable before any files are resent. They will be provided by digital download and this fee is applicable each time replacements are requested.
Copyright
Elizabeth May Photography retains the copyright on all images. Under no circumstances, can a client use these images for profit, commercial endeavours, professional display, or in competitions.
Clients have full printing rights for the images and are actively encouraged to share digital images on social media, however images must not be altered in any way including applying filters, rotating images or excessive cropping.

When you have selected the date, you will be offered the time slots available. Choose the one you want and complete the booking form telling me which colours you like, then finally make the payment of £145 to confirm your booking.
