The Simple Newborn Session – January special

Beautiful, professional newborn photography — without the extras

This session was created for families who want timeless newborn images, captured with care and experience, but without all the added frills that can push the price up. It’s simple, calm, and focused on what really matters: beautiful photographs of your baby and your family.

By streamlining the process and removing customisations and add-ons, I’m able to offer this session at a lower price point — while maintaining the same quality, style and attention you see throughout my portfolio.

What’s included

• A 2.5 hour newborn photography session
  Plenty of time to work gently with your baby and family.

• Family photographs included
  Parents and siblings are very welcome, so you’ll come away with images that tell the full story of this fleeting stage.

• Weekday sessions only
  Sessions take place on weekdays, starting at 10am or 2pm

• Includes 20 professionally edited images
  Your final gallery will include 20 images, before the session you will complete a questionnaire to tell me what types of photos you would like that to include as well as what types of colours you like.

• Digital delivery
  Images are delivered via a downloadable online gallery, in both colour and black & white, ready to share, print and treasure.

A streamlined approach (and why it works)

To keep this session affordable and sustainable, the process is intentionally simplified.

• Image selection & editing
  Final image selection and editing is entirely my choice, based on what photographs best and the information provided on my consultation questionnaire. Images are edited to match my portfolio, with no swaps or changes included.

  While you may not love every single image (as taste is subjective), this approach allows me to focus my time on creating and delivering a strong, consistent gallery — and it’s the key reason this session is priced the way it is.

• No additional images or upgrades
  This package is all-inclusive. Unlike my full newborn experience (priced at £489 for 5 images), there are no add-ons or upsells. This clarity keeps things simple for everyone.

• Optional extra retouching
  If you’d like additional retouching such as head swaps or further editing, this can be added at £50 per image. All edits will remain true to my natural, timeless style.

Timing matters

Please arrive on time for your session. If you’re late, that time will be deducted from your session. You will still receive your 20 images, but reduced shooting time may affect the variety of poses or setups we’re able to achieve.

Is this session right for you?

This session is perfect if you:

• Want professional newborn photography at a lower price point

• Trust my artistic vision and editing style

• You have a small immediate family attending the session (due to limited timings, if you have a large extended family hoping to join then you will need to book a full newborn session)

• Your baby will be 5 weeks or under at the time of the session (premature babies can be 5 weeks from their due date)

If you’re looking for full creative control, extensive customisation or upgrade options, my Full Newborn Experience may be a better fit.
