My annual family mini sessions are the perfect way to update your family photos and also they make perfect Christmas gifts!

You will attend a 30 minute session in the studio, which is usually enough time for at least 2 different backdrops and a mixture of full family, siblings and solo shots of your children.

I don’t offer themes, so please do look at other local photographers if you are hoping for a Christmas themed session. I believe photos are for life, not just for Christmas ;-)!

Sessions cost £185 for the 30 minute session and 5 digital images. You will also be able to purchase additional images and prints if you would like to.

Please note, outfits are not included in the session and if you are late for your session it will come out of the allocated time slot – so if you are terrible at being punctual this might not be the right session for you!

Posing of newborns is not included and babies under 3 months will have to be held and supported by parents.

If you have a big family, or a very young baby, please consider booking 2 sessions back. This will mean you get 10 images and 1hr 15mins to capture them (you will get 2 x 30 min sessions plus the 15 mins between the sessions).

Terms & Conditions

Session fee
The cost of your session is £185 including 5 digital images. To secure your booking you will be required to pay the full session fee. Your scion will note be confirmed until the payment is made, slots will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Age restriction
These sessions are designed for families with children 4 months and above, however if you have a new addition to your family that is under 4 months they can be included in family photos. Please note that there will be no posing of newborns and no additional time allocated to the session if your baby is fussy or needs to be fed, so please do plan carefully feeding of small babies.
Cancellation
Your session fee is non-refundable. If Elizabeth May Photography is able to fill the slot then at their discretion a refund will be issued. Alternatively you are able to find someone to take your slot as long as they adhere to the T&C’s of the session. You must tell me in advance that you have transferred the session so I can communicate directly with your replacement.
Sessions are unable to be scheduled to a later date.
Lateness
Your session will start and end at the time allotted to you, if you are late the time will come out of your session time and if 5 photographs are not achieved in this time the photographer is not liable.
To ensure full cleaning of the studio between clients your session must start and finish at the time allocated to you.
Maximum numbers
A maximum number of 2 adults and 3 children will be allowed at the session. Children must be siblings.
Electronic Devices
Cameras, phone cameras, and video are not permitted during any session.
Raw images
Elizabeth May Photography does not deliver images that have not been edited to the highest professional standard and to the style of her portfolio.
Image selection
Elizabeth May Photography will provide you to a link to a gallery of between 5-10 images for you to choose from. If you are late or your child isn’t in a great mood then we may only achieve 5 images, in which case these will be your final 5 and your gallery will not be larger. If possible the photographer will capture more for you to select from but this is not guaranteed.
Additional images are £40 each or 5 for £130
Printed products
Products will be available and if ordered will be received within 2 weeks of ordering.
Once you have received your product you have 24hrs to report any quality issues. Elizabeth May Photography will then arrange replacement products with the vendor which can take up to 3 weeks. If issues are not reported within 24 hours they may not be replaced.
Liability
Elizabeth May Photography has comprehensive public liability insurance, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury within the studio, EM Photography will only accept responsibility if this is due to their negligence. If clients cause damage to any photography equipment in the studio due to negligence, you will be liable to pay for replacement or repair.
Clients are fully responsible for themselves and their children during the session.  
If Elizabeth May Photography cannot fulfil this contract due to fire or other causality, or beyond the control of the photographer, or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.
Loss of images
In the highly unlikely event images are lost before being delivered to clients, this could be caused for example by a corrupt memory card or an extreme circumstance like a fire, Elizabeth May Photography will offer a re shoot of the session as soon as possible. EM Photography will ensure they format memory cards, keep virus software up to date and reduce the risk of this happening.
If after the session you lose your images, replacement images are not guaranteed. If EM Photography still has the files, there will be a cost of £25 for EM Photography to resend, this is payable before any files are resent. They will be provided by digital download and this fee is applicable each time replacements are requested.
Printing
The client is aware if they choose to print their images through a personal chosen lab that the quality of the end result print of the digital files delivered is not under the control of the photographer, and frees Elizabeth May Photography from any liability for any potential claims whatsoever based upon discolouration in the end result.
Copyright
Elizabeth May Photography retains the copyright on all images. Under no circumstances, can a client use these images for profit, commercial endeavours, professional display, or in competitions.
Clients have full printing rights for the images and are actively encouraged to share digital images on social media, however images must not be altered in any way including applying filters, rotating images or excessive cropping.

If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email me the date and time slot you would like and I will send you an invoice. Please note sessions can’t be held until the payment is made.
